Little Girl in Blue

I was playing around with the masking tool and I guess she came out. I was first drawing my character Kusa Rose (I never put her up, but she may be posted soon), but this little girl came out.

I mixture of Rozen Maiden and Suzaku and Nunally from Code Geass made her. Hahah.
