APHoc: Berlin

I'm trying to apply for the capital of Berlin, Germany in now. XD Yes, I know it's a city, but it's the capital. Think of it being like... Washington DC??

I don't know if I should call him CÄCIL (i guess it's pronounced Cecil??) or EMMERICH (MGS FAN FAIL)... I'm leaning towards Cacil though.
He's quiet and calm, serious at times, but loves to be at a party if there's any. XD
Likes: things in order, working out, reading and pretending he wears glasses.
Dislikes: Messes, things not going correctly the way it was suppose to be, and missing out time to be with his family.

His hair is a faded strawberry blonde like Germany's and ruffled like Prussia's. The only thing significant bout his hair would be those two fat strands sticking out. The round ones, not the pointed one on the side. Kind of where his hair parts...anyways, that represents East and West Berlin. He's supposed to be leaning on the wall of Berlin...though I was going to make him sit on it, for a reason. I got lazy, you see...

Berlin's very close to Prussia because, well Germany and Prussia are brothers... He likes visiting Prussia a lot, but wasn't able to during the time after the Wall of Berlin was built. Pretty much that split Germany and Prussia and Berlin was like...in the middle of the whole conflict. He couldn't comprehend that he couldn't see his uncle, but he didn't want his father to feel like he wasn't special. Kind of got him a split personality around here...
The conflict between himself and everyone later got resolved in 1989-1990 where Berlin finally was able to break down the wall to get to Prussia. His split personality kind of became a 'erson' (which is not true, because I think of East Berlin more like a mirror image of Berlin than an actual 'other side' and broke the wall for Berlin to see Prussia.
I kind of got lazy, I don't think that's what actually happened. And there's a lot of graffiti on the Wall of Berlin because Berlin was a lonely kid who just drew on...walls.

My head hurts from trying to remake history into Hetalia-style!! Leave me alone.
